ICONIC21 is a fast-growing iGaming content provider delivering high-performance live casino solutions, including live studios, slots, virtual games, and custom products for global operators.
As a Country Manager in Latvia, you will take full ownership of launching a brand-new live casino studio from scratch and building a scalable local operation.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role, combining construction oversight, operational setup, and team build-out, with full responsibility for establishing a high-performing studio aligned with global standards.
Unlike more mature locations, this role is focused on zero-to-one execution — setting up infrastructure, implementing processes, and building the organization on the ground.
Lead the end-to-end studio launch, including construction, vendor management, and infrastructure setup
Coordinate contractors, timelines, and technical requirements (audio/video, equipment, layout)
Ensure full operational readiness of the studio before go-live
Establish and implement operational processes, policies, and workflows based on HQ blueprints
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and readiness for 24/7 production environment
Act as the key driver of execution during the setup phase
Hire and build the local operational team from scratch (studio, admin, support functions)
Develop team structure, accountability, and performance culture
Manage a high-volume workforce (incl. dealer teams / Gen Z workforce specifics)
Act as the main responsible person for the local entity (mini-CEO model)
Oversee HR, finance, admin, and local operations within delegated authority
Gradually take on signatory responsibilities and legal accountability
Manage local budget and ensure cost control during build and operations
Drive performance against operational KPIs
Contribute to future P&L ownership as the studio scales
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Coordinate with HQ and external advisors on licensing and legal matters
Maintain operational governance and risk control
Work closely with global teams (product, tech, operations)
Implement HQ standards and ensure alignment with company-wide strategy
Act as the bridge between local operations and headquarters
Proven experience in iGaming / live casino / adjacent industries
Strong background in operations, launch environments, or scaling setups
Experience with physical operations / infrastructure / studio or similar environments
Track record of building teams and managing large-scale operations
High level of ownership and ability to operate autonomously
