Job Responsibilities
1.Establish the operation system of the Brazilian subsidiary, recruit and manage local teams, and take charge of overall business operation and management.
2.Lead the full preparation of the Brazilian subsidiary from scratch, including business sorting, team building and daily operation management.Develop and maintain government relations, and sustain good connections with local government departments to meet the needs of each business segment.
3.Formulate overall strategies for Brazil's automotive market, covering market positioning, target market selection and competitive strategies. Analyze market trends, consumer demands, policies, regulations and competitor dynamics to work out targeted marketing strategies.
4.Sales and Network Management: Formulate and implement annual sales targets and plans, monitor sales progress to ensure target fulfillment. Manage the sales team to improve professional capabilities and performance. Expand sales networks and maintain sound relationships with distributors and partners.
5.Brand Building and Promotion: Shape and promote brand image to enhance brand awareness and reputation. Collaborate to design and execute brand promotion plans including advertising, public relations, events and other marketing activities.
6.Product Strategy: Participate in formulating and adjusting product strategies based on market demands, including product line planning, pricing and promotion. Coordinate with R&D and production teams to ensure products conform to local market requirements and standards.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, end-users and other clients. Collect customer feedback to improve satisfaction, and handle customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
8.Set up the after-sales service system of the Brazilian subsidiary, complete team recruitment and business planning. Establish efficient working mechanisms with the headquarters to guarantee the smooth launch and stable operation of after-sales business.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
1.Over 8 years of working experience at leading traditional or new energy vehicle manufacturers. Experience with Chinese automakers is preferred.
2. Fluent in English and capable of working in a cross-cultural environment.
3.Available for short-term business trips to China.
