Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Managing Director in Singapore and the Headquarters in Germany.
• Lead the Bangkok-based team and sales consultants in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring effective project management and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to drive successful implementation.
• Organize and facilitate steering committee meetings to update and align stakeholders on strategic priorities and ensure ongoing progress.
• Conduct ongoing primary and secondary research to monitor market trends and deliver relevant insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and continuously refine the countrys strategic plan, including market analysis, internal capability assessment, vision alignment, strategic initiatives, and financial modeling.
• Identify and apply global best practices and resources to support local strategic objectives.
• Lead additional strategic growth projects as required, proactively responding to emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in strategic sales, marketing, and project management, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Candidates with experience in the sanitary ware or kitchen fittings manufacturing industry are preferred, candidates from the construction sales or building materials industry will also be considered.
• International exposure through education or professional experience abroad, with a strong ability to collaborate within a diverse team.
• Highly analytical and process-oriented, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in project, people, and stakeholder management, as well as financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of integrity and strong ethical standards.
• Fluent in both English and Thai.
