Mission:
The mission of the Country Manager is to coordinate, grow and lead a high performance team that delivers the outcomes needed to grow our customer base, revenue, breadth of offerings and profitability in your market. You will collaborate closely with the Exco and Group GM to develop in-market vision and plans.
You will also be front-and-centre in terms of market evangelism, PR and branding with activities like giving talks to create awareness about MoneySmart and promoting good financial practices among people.
