  • Act as Registered Director, ensuring legal, regulatory, tax and governance compliance in line with Irish statutory requirements
  • Introduce new products and solutions to market, ensuring successful commercial launches
  • Provide strategic insight, forecasting and performance reporting to regional leadership

More about you:

Essential:

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements

  • Eligible to act as an Irish Resident Director and meet statutory compliance requirements

Desirable:

  • Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare and audiology landscape
  • Experience operating within regulated medical device environments

You are a resilient and empathetic leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You act with integrity, bring independent judgement to decision-making, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion and high performance.
