Job Highlights:

• Senior Operational Leadership: Lead and take full operational ownership of the Philippines business, driving performance, efficiency, and execution.
• Scale & Infrastructure: Strengthen operational infrastructure, processes, and leadership capabilities to support sustainable growth.
• Business Growth: Play a key role in expanding the company’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business and overall market presence.
• Mid -Scale BPO Experience: Priority given to leaders who have personally managed 1,000+ employees and understand the complexities of large-scale BPO operations.
• Innovative & Hands-On Leader: Looking for a proactive, innovative leader who can take charge, make decisions, and effectively control day-to-day operations.
• RCM Expertise Preferred: Experience in RCM is advantageous but not mandatory; strong BPO operational leadership is the primary priority.
• Healthcare-Focused Operations: The business supports healthcare providers across nursing homes, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, assisted living, home health, hospice, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, dialysis, diagnostic imaging, and pharmacy/pharmaceutical operations.
