Job Description

The Country Lead for the Thailand market will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company's operations in the region. This position requires a motivated and strategic leader capable of aligning local operations with global objectives while adapting to the unique market conditions in Thailand. The Country Lead will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with headquarters and other regional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Operations Management:

• Oversee the company's operations in Thailand, including website content and social media accounts
• Plan, translate, edit, and publish high-quality content (articles, blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.).
• Schedule and publish content on the website and social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging updates.
• Coordinate with the group headquarters to ensure the provided materials aligns with local market needs and company goals.
• Localise and optimise content for SEO, readability and engagement.
• Oversee content distribution across websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
• Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and content marketing best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
• Manage external content contributors, freelancers, or agencies as needed

Market Alignment & Strategy:

• Develop and execute a localized business plan that aligns with the company's global vision while catering to Thailand market conditions, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring competitive positioning in the financial and investment space.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and media engagements in Thailand.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in finance, fintech, or digital platforms.

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
• Deep understanding of Thai market, including cultural nuances, regulatory environment, and customer behavior.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in recruiting and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in content management.
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve content strategies
• Knowledge of SEO and social media strategies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in content-driven platforms, personal finance, or investment-related businesses.
• Existing network of stakeholders in Thailand's financial, tech, and media industries.
