
We are now looking for a new member for our Insights team!
As a person you are passionate about people, business, IKEA’s purpose and continuously drive better performance. We believe you have experience of working with Insights, Market Research, Business Intelligence or equivalent as well as experience in leading and co-operating with teams from different disciplines.
You have knowledge and/or experience of how to work with various qualitative and quantitative consumer research methods, and you hold good knowledge of customer segmentation, micro, and macro drivers for the home furnishing and retail market as well as the IKEA omnichannel reality and online customer behavior. Further, you have good knowledge of the IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision as well as in IKEA tools, processes and business planning process. On top of this, your knowledge of setting directions, operational goals and plans, as well as follow up on KPIs is undisputed.
You have ability to understand and create clarity around complex situations and interdependencies as well as to develop commercially viable insights from both internal and external data as well as micro and market trends.
Of great importance is also your social profile, the ability to create networks and communicate (all of the above) to many different people.
Basically understanding people and being able to interpret and put their problems/challenges in a context.
In the role as Insights Leader, you are a key player in developing a better understanding of consumers and customers and their relations with IKEA on the Swedish Home Furnishing Market. You are responsible for driving sharp and well-informed decisions within the country organization, that are rooted in an ever-evolving understanding of customers, consumers, market, brand and business performance, to achieve business goals (short and long term).
