Som Country Immigration Advisor kommer du att vara organisationens expert inom immigrationsfrågor. Du säkerställer efterlevnad av svensk immigrationslagstiftning samtidigt som du bidrar till en smidig och transparent medarbetarupplevelse.

Du kommer att arbeta nära HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Tax samt externa samarbetspartners. Som huvudkontakt för immigrationsrelaterade frågor ger du rådgivning till intressenter, hanterar risker, utvecklar policys och processer samt hjälper verksamheten att navigera i föränderliga regelverk.

Hur du kommer att påverka

  • Leda och ansvara för immigrationsärenden inom Sverige.

Din bakgrund

  • Akademisk examen inom HR/personalvetenskap, juridik, företagsekonomi eller annat relevant område.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med svenska immigrationsprocesser och regelverk.
  • God kunskap om regelefterlevnad och riskhantering.
  • Erfarenhet av samarbete med flera olika intressenter och externa partners.
  • Flytande språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska.
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och driva kontinuerliga förbättringar.

The Opportunity

As Country Immigration Advisor, you will be the expert for immigration matters across the organization. You will ensure compliance with Swedish immigration laws while supporting a smooth and transparent employee experience.

You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Tax, as well as external partners. Acting as the main point of contact for immigration matters, you will advise stakeholders, manage risks, develop policies and processes, and help the business navigate changing regulations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine subject matter expertise, stakeholder management, and process improvement while making a significant impact across the organization.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead and oversee inbound immigration activities in Sweden.
  • Develop and maintain immigration policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Advise and coordinate HR, managers, business leaders and other stakeholders on immigration matters.
  • Manage relationships with external providers and Swedish authorities.
  • Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions.
  • Deliver training and communication to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and updates for key stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Swedish immigration processes and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.
