Country Head - Thailand
Annual Salary: 6,000,000 9,000,000 THB
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

We are seeking a
highly experienced Country Head to lead
our Thailand operations for a global enterprise technology provider. This is a
strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving sales growth,
building high-performing teams, and shaping market presence in Thailand and the
ASEAN region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the sales team
to achieve company objectives in Thailand.
- Develop and execute territory
plans to secure strategic wins, deliver lighthouse projects, and exceed
sales targets.
- Drive pipeline generation,
maintain strong CRM discipline, and ensure healthy pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with
solution architects, product teams, and management to capture customer
requirements and guide opportunity development.
- Partner with marketing and
business development teams to execute demand generation activities
targeting key accounts in ASEAN.
- Co-sell with regional and
local partners to maximize conversion and deal success.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of professional
experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or cloud sales at a leading technology
company in the data, infrastructure, or cloud sectors.
- Strong network and existing
relationships with enterprise customers in ASEAN. Experience with clients
in Fintech, Payments, E-Commerce, Retail, Logistics, Gaming, or
Digital Natives
is a plus.
- Knowledge of database and/or
cloud computing solutions.
- Proven track record engaging
senior executives and navigating enterprise decision-making processes.
- High energy, resilience, and
the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, disruptive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a
relevant field.
