Get to Know the Role:
You'll be a champion of Grab's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and ensure rigorous, clear, and transparent people decisions. Whether coaching our leaders on how to lead their teams, resolving employee relations issues, or managing programs that develop our Grabbers, you stay exceptionally focused on putting them first.
You will manage the day-to-day People Operations, encompassing hiring, onboarding, employee relations, governance, compensation and benefits, retention, performance management, engagement, and learning & development. This role will report to the Regional Head of People Operations and collaborate closely with the People Experience team for optimal Grabbers’ experiences.
