Job Purpose
The Country Head will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, profitability, and operational excellence of the India RCM business. Reporting to the global executive leadership team, this role will oversee large-scale operations, client delivery, workforce strategy, financial performance, and organizational development. The successful candidate will serve as the executive face of the India business while ensuring exceptional client outcomes, sustainable growth, and a culture of operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the India business strategy aligned with global growth objectives.
• Drive organizational performance and long-term sustainable growth.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion, service diversification, and operational innovation.
• Partner with global leadership teams to influence business strategy and execution.
P&L Ownership and Business Growth
• Own revenue, profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver business growth through client expansion and operational excellence.
• Establish annual operating plans, budgets, and business forecasts.
• Drive productivity improvements while maintaining superior service quality.
Operational Excellence
• Lead large-scale RCM operations across:

◦ Medical Coding
◦ Accounts Receivable Management
◦ Denial Management
◦ Claims Processing
◦ Prior Authorization
◦ Patient Financial Services
• Establish performance frameworks and governance models.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of client SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Client and Stakeholder Management
• Build trusted relationships with executive-level clients.
• Act as a strategic advisor to customers and key stakeholders.
• Lead business reviews and executive governance meetings.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
People Leadership
• Lead and inspire a workforce of 1000+ employees across multiple functions.
• Develop leadership succession plans and talent pipelines.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Drive employee engagement, learning, and career development programs.
• Attract, retain, and develop top industry talent.
Digital Transformation
• Champion automation, AI, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Drive modernization of RCM workflows and operating models.
• Improve productivity, scalability, and customer experience through innovation.
Compliance, Quality & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, healthcare regulations, client requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain robust governance, risk controls, and quality frameworks.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are a commercially driven healthcare services executive with a proven record of building, scaling, and transforming large RCM operations. You possess the ability to lead through growth, complexity, and change while maintaining a relentless focus on customer success and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience within Healthcare RCM, Healthcare BPO, or Healthcare Services.
• Proven experience leading large healthcare operations in India.
• Leadership responsibility for teams of 1000+ employees.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and business management experience.
• Deep expertise across the RCM value chain.
• Experience managing global client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Strong operational excellence and process improvement capabilities.
Preferred
• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Experience in digital transformation and healthcare automation initiatives.
• Exposure to multi-site or global delivery operations.
Working Conditions
▪ Occasional travel and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
