The Role
As Country Head, you will be responsible for leading the overall Indonesia business, overseeing commercial performance, operational excellence, and organizational development. Reporting to regional leadership, you will define and execute growth strategies, strengthen market presence, and ensure the business delivers sustainable results.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven ability to scale businesses, develop strong teams, and navigate Indonesia's evolving consumer goods market.

  • Lead the overall business operations in Indonesia, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives across multiple distribution channels.
  • Identify new market opportunities through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Establish and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and support business scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with regional leadership to execute strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing local team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor business performance and provide regular strategic updates, market intelligence, and actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product portfolio and contribute to product positioning, market strategy, and business expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success in leading a country operation, business unit, or commercial organization with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and strong execution capabilities.
  • Experience establishing scalable operational structures and improving business processes.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesia's regulatory and compliance landscape.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, lifestyle, household products, personal care, food and beverage, or other fast-moving consumer industries will be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working within multinational or regional organizations is preferred.
