Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Finance Manager to guide our financial planning, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Main duties:

• Lead end‑to‑end accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close under local GAAP, IFRS, and ISOX.
• Ensure full compliance with Greek tax and statutory requirements (VAT, corporate tax, MyData) and act as the main point of contact for tax authorities.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, internal controls, audits, and SAP process optimization, while advising the Country Manager on financial matters.
• Lead and develop the finance team, oversee KPIs and performance, and support regional/global projects and administrative operations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, SOEL or equivalent professional qualification; Greek signing authority – Class A Accountant)
• Min. 7 Years of Professional Experience in similar management positions (experience in global companies strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Greek TAX, IFRS, and SAP systems
• Languages: Greek Language (Must) / Fluent Business English (Must)
