This is the senior-most facilities role in-country, reporting to the APAC Regional Facilities Manager.

This role combines strategic and operational leadership with a strong people-first approach, crafting environments where employees feel supported, included, and able to do their best work.

What you will accomplish

  • Lead facilities operations across India, creating safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace environments aligned with global standards
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with collaborators, actively listening and translating business needs into effective workplace solutions
  • Drive vendor performance and accountability through clear SLAs, benchmarks, and governance frameworks
  • Manage operating budgets and optimise costs while maintaining high service quality and employee experience
  • Standardise processes and practices across sites while adapting to local requirements
  • Foster an inclusive, people-first workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing, engagement, and efficiency

What you will bring

  • 7+ years experience leading multi-site facilities or workplace operations within a country or region. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Hospitality, or a related field and relevant certifications (e.g. CFM, FMP, LEED, PMP) are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, build inclusive teams, and compose a positive and encouraging workplace culture
  • Strong skills in managing collaborators, with the ability to understand perspectives and influence effectively in a matrixed organisation
  • Expertise in vendor management, including contract oversight and performance improvement
  • Strong financial competence and ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English required, with additional Indian languages an advantage; willingness to travel domestically as required
