ABOUT THIESS
Thiess is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Country Director - Canada to lead and grow our operations across the region. Based in either Sudbury or Toronto, this executive leadership role will be responsible for strategic growth, client engagement, and the continued expansion of Thiess’ presence in Canada. The initial focus will be to win new work and progressively take on operations responsibility as the number of active projects grows

The salary range for this role is minimum $270,000 to a maximum of $300,000 CAD. The salary range is provided in good faith and is representative of all experience levels. Thiess considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills and is ultimately determined at management’s discretion.
