This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving regional growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across a high-impact territory. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, customer success, solution engineering, and business development to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. The role requires a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, acting as the key regional decision-maker and escalation point. You will shape go-to-market strategies tailored to the SAARC region while ensuring alignment with global priorities. This position involves close collaboration with internal leadership and external stakeholders, including enterprise clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. It is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth technology environments and is passionate about scaling impactful internet infrastructure solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and execute regional go-to-market strategy across sales, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, and field marketing
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence across the SAARC region
- Act as the primary regional leader and escalation point for all operational, commercial, and customer-related matters
- Build, scale, and develop high-performing local teams, including hiring, leadership development, and succession planning
- Collaborate with global leadership and functional teams to align regional execution with overall business objectives
- Represent the organization externally with enterprise customers, partners, industry associations, and regulatory stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regional regulatory requirements
- Lead business cadence activities including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, channel management, or regional commercial leadership roles within SaaS, cloud, or software industries
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of the SAARC market with established industry relationships and networks preferred
- Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing senior teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution-driven environments
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience engaging with enterprise customers, partners, and regulatory bodies
