The Barista is responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to members and guests in a welcoming, polished country club environment. This role focuses on quality preparation, friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organized café or bar area while upholding the club’s service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
  • Operate coffee equipment, POS systems, and handle cash or member charges accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and seating areas
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Assist with light food preparation or service items as assigned
  • Support special events, tournaments, or peak service periods as needed
  • Uphold the club’s professional appearance and service expectations at all times
  • Other assigned duties

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) years in food service
  • Riverside County food handler's card required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service driven
  • Riverside County Food Handlers’ Card required

Availability:

Regular business hours and after regular business hours, as necessary.
