Mustang Cat is hiring a Countersales Representative to join our team in Splendora, Texas. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate parts orders, and supporting all areas of the Parts Department. • What You’ll Do as a Counter Sales Representative:
• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
• Ensure accuracy in all parts orders
• Assist customers in identifying required parts, including part numbers, quantities, freight options, and delivery timelines
• Support other areas of the Parts Department as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
•️ Counter Sales Representative Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment or parts
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent professional communication: verbal, written, email, and phone
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service
• Positive, outgoing personality
✅ Bonus Skills and Preferred Experience:
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Familiarity with Caterpillar systems (e.g., SIS, DBS)
• Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sales
