We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a ( Counter Services Officer)
In this role you will:
• Support the CSM / BM to develop and implement the branch S&S plan to meet performance objectives
• Deliver account-related services including deposits, withdrawals and transfers in line with customer needs
• Execute accurate financial transactions and maintain a high standard of service at the counter
• Apply security and regulatory procedures consistently across daily branch activities
• Provide a professional first point of contact for customers and respond to service requests promptly
• Strengthen a customer-centric and risk averse culture through day-to-day behaviours and decisions
• Escalate issues appropriately to protect customers and reduce operational risk
• Maintain clear records and follow agreed processes to minimise errors and rework
To be successful you will need:
• Bring proven experience handling customer service in a banking or similar regulated environment
• Demonstrate strong accuracy and control discipline when processing financial transactions
• Apply security and regulatory procedures consistently in day-to-day work
• Provide account-related services such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers with a focus on customer needs
• Partner effectively with branch management including the CSM / BM to deliver agreed objectives
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to resolve requests efficiently
• Identify operational risks and escalate issues promptly to reduce errors and losses
• Work effectively within standard processes and record-keeping requirements
