We are hiring a Counter Server who enjoys engaging with guests, works well on a team, and takes pride in delivering efficient, friendly service.

About the Role

This is a counter service position, not table service.
Guests order at the counter, and hospitality is delivered through pace, accuracy, teamwork, and genuine connection.

Tips are pooled and consistent, creating steady supplemental income alongside your hourly pay. Many team members value the predictability and team-based model this structure provides.

What We Offer

Average total earnings around $22/hr, depending on hours and volume

Your Role

As a Counter Server / Deli Associate, you will:

• Greet guests and take orders at the counter
• Accurately handle POS transactions
• Assist with light food prep and counter presentation
• Support retail stocking and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What You Bring

• 1+ year of food service, café, deli, or restaurant experience
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Comfort multitasking during peak volume
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
