K&R Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable
Counter Sales Representative
for a company specializing in
heavy-duty truck and 18-wheeler parts
. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable learning and identifying truck parts.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone
Help customers identify and locate the correct heavy-duty truck parts
Provide excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process
Look up parts using computer systems, catalogs, and part numbers
Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately
Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability
Communicate with warehouse staff regarding inventory and order fulfillment
Build positive relationships with customers and repeat accounts
Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
Requirements
Previous customer service experience required
Parts, automotive, diesel, or heavy-duty truck knowledge is
strongly preferred
Previous counter sales or parts counter experience is a plus
Comfortable using computers and learning parts lookup systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
Ideal Candidates May Have Experience In:
Heavy-duty truck parts, 18-wheeler parts, diesel parts, automotive parts, parts departments, counter sales, inside sales, automotive retail, fleet maintenance, or truck repair environments.
