Your role and responsibilities

As a Counter Sales Representative, your day-to-day duties will be highly divers:

• Warmly receive customers at the counter, assess their needs, and respond to routine requests regarding our products and services. You will escalate more complex queries to senior staff to ensure everyone gets the best help possible.

• Identify straightforward parts on sight and use our databases, manuals, and brand websites to look up correct part numbers accurately.

• Help customers make informed purchasing decisions, promote our complete product portfolio, and close sales in line with our pricing terms.

• Follow up on customer orders, keep clients updated on their status, and manage the hand-over process when they pick up packages. You will also register client information and handle straightforward administrative requests or feedback in our systems.

• Guide and educate customers on how to use our eCommerce platform and look up parts themselves, empowering them to get the most out of our digital tools.

• Keep the shop and counter area tidy, organized, and attractive. You will order parts internally and restock shelves to ensure an excellent visual display.

• Participate in training to keep your technical knowledge up to date. You will also actively propose process improvements to make the branch run even more efficiently and participate in exciting team projects.

How to succeed / your profile

• You have about 2-3 years' experience in a customer oriented job.

• You have strong customer oriented thinking and acting skills.

• You are solution driven and persistent.

• Basic knowledge of Material handling machinery parts, agricultural parts as well as some sort of technical knowledge to parts is beneficial

• You have good organizational skills and you are able to set priorities.

• You are a team player.

• You are fluent in English
