Essential Job Functions
Display a positive attitude on a daily basis.
Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and assist them with specific needs. Direct customers to the product. Coordinate with other company staff to close the sale.
Provide accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries. Ensure every attempt is made to satisfy the customer prior to exiting the store using best judgment at all times.
Continually seek technical and product knowledge. Stay abreast of new developments.
Ensure appropriate display of merchandise, cleanliness and tidiness of store and equipment areas.
Evaluate/update sales brochures and displays to ensure they are accurate, timely and visually appealing. Provide manager with accurate count of all sales materials.
Perform all other job functions as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Requires two or more years of retail sales experience with a track record of success preferably in one of the following industries: Agriculture equipment, motor vehicle industry, outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, construction equipment/machinery, small engine and accessories.
Requirements
Must be willing to work beyond regularly scheduled hours to meet customer demands
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift and handle heavy loads of up to 70 pounds
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and representation of the company
Ability to multi-task
Ability to analyze and conclude
Flexibility
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Goal oriented and able to provide exceptional customer service
Work Environment
While traveling may have contact with hazardous materials and drive/travel and work in adverse weather conditions
