Cosmax Prestige Brands is Australia and New Zealand’s fastest growing and leading luxury fragrance and beauty distributor and has been representing a portfolio of prestige brands for more than 30 years. Brands include Dolce & Gabbana, Hermès, Acqua di Parma, Ex Nihilo, Guerlain, Bvlgari, Coach, Issey Miyake, Jimmy Choo, Narciso Rodriguez and many more.

There are permanent part-time and casual positions available across greater Sydney at fragrance and beauty counters located in Myer and David Jones.

The roles:

Sharing your expertise and passion with your customers, you will inspiring them with your product knowledge and your ability to provide recommendations for the perfect fragrance, skin care and beauty ensemble.

Essential experience for these roles includes:

• Experience working within a Department store and a minimum of 1 years’ experience selling luxury fragrances or beauty products.
• For the Counter Manager positions you should have prior experience either as a Counter Manager or 2IC.
• Impeccable presentation and grooming.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• A positive and focused approach to your work, with a proven ability to close sales.
• The ability to work up to 38 hours per week across all store trading hours.

Positions currently available are:

Casual Fragrance Consultants (these are casual roles working directly for Cosmax and with no guarantee of ongoing or regular work)

• Myer Sydney up to 30 hours per week
• David Jones Burwood up to 25 hours per week
• Myer Bankstown up to 15 hours per week
• David Jones Macarthur up to 20 hours per week

Permanent Part-Time (as an employee of the relevant department store)

• Myer Miranda Counter Manager 20 hours per week
• Myer Chatswood Counter Manager 20 hours per week

To be considered you will ideally have experience within the Australian retail department store environment and must have worked in selling fragrance or beauty. You must be in Australia with a valid work rights status.
