Job Description

The Counter Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Loewe Perfumes Counter. This role is focused on driving sales performance, delivering exceptional luxury customer service, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring brand standards are executed at the highest level. The Counter Manager acts as a brand ambassador and takes ownership of the business within the store, ensuring the counter operates with excellence in sales, service, and visual presentation.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales goals while upholding the highest standards of luxury client service.
  • Deliver personalized, story-driven selling experiences that translate the brand heritage, craftmanship, and creative narrative into meaningful client interactions.
  • Able to offer an established clientele book to utilize as a resource to introduce and convert those clients to Loewe.
  • Experience in training teams to implement effective clienteling and selling strategies.
  • Support business development initiatives by monitoring trends, client feedback, and performance indicators.
  • Complete DBR (Daily Sales Report) and weekly business recaps, including KPI performance, sales trends, and operational insight
  • Communicate business progress, challenges, and opportunities clearly and professionally to upper management.
  • Develop and execute action plans to grow the business and increase market share.
  • Host in-store events, animations, and client appointments to drive traffic and sales.
  • Create and manage schedules to ensure proper coverage during store hours.
  • Ensure all company and retailer policies are being followed.
  • Partner with store management to stay informed on store promotions, initiatives, and operational communications.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of luxury retail beauty/fragrance experience.
  • Previous management or leadership experience in luxury retail
  • Elevated sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for luxury retail, fragrance, and client experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, polished, and brand-aligned demeanor
  • Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving retail schedules and business needs
