Job Location: 340 HWY 68 - SAN JUAN PUEBLO, NM 87566 Position Type: Part Time Job Shift: AnyPOSITION SUMMARY: Shall be responsible for sorting cash by denominations, recording all transactions and counting large sums of money on a daily basis. Shall report to Countdown Manager and Supervisors, while performing work in accordance with the Company’s policy procedures and objectives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Responsible for handling all monies from the slot machines and table games. - Responsible for balancing out at the end of each shift - Must record currency on money count forms out at the end of the each shift - Sort money by the denomination and stack into batches - Run and record payout tickets - Be familiar with and adhere to all policies and procedures for personnel employed by the Ohkay Casino - Ability to work independently - Experience in handling large amounts of money - Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times - Other related duties as assigned
QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIECNE: High school graduate or equivalent knowledge of basic mathematics SKILLS: Ability to work independently and experience in handling large amounts of money. PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs. + WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to work in the midst of smoke, and in an in closed area.
