
This position typically starts at $16 per hour and works a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.
This role puts you right in the heart of the casino’s behind‑the‑scenes action, moving drop devices from the gaming floor and teaming up with coworkers to tackle daily counts for everything from tables to jackpots. You’ll get hands‑on with sorting and recording cash totals, investigating quirky discrepancies, and keeping the count room running smoothly and efficiently. It’s a job where you stay active, solve real problems, support your team, and help keep the entire casino operation humming—never a dull moment.
Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready‑to‑learn attitude.
Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Performs duties as assigned by the Count Room management team
Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.
Must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License and pass a background check.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
Ability to work in a loud, fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
