Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Four-Day Work Week)
Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year
At Pyramid Healthcare in York, we are proud to be a trusted leader in behavioral health, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to help clients develop coping skills, achieve sobriety, and build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
We are excited to welcome a dedicated Counselor to our dynamic IOP team.
The Counselor will provide both group and individual therapy services to young adults participating in our Substance Use IOP program. This role plays a key part in supporting clients through recovery-focused interventions, treatment planning, and ongoing case management within a structured, evidence-based environment.
Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology) with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain.
Associate’s Degree in a related field with CAAC, or eligibility to obtain.
High School Diploma with CAAC.
