Assess and provide intervention to ensure student success and promote an exemplary educational program which fosters achievement for all students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The subsequent duties outline the fundamental operations of the position and exemplify the nature of the tasks carried out. Perform in all areas of counseling services including, but not limited to: guidance services, counseling services, registration process, scheduling, testing/assessments, student academic advisement and orientation programs for students, parents and staff.

Gather, interpret and evaluate data for program modification and interventions.

Align assessments with state content standards.

Positively impact achievement and differentiate services based on the needs of the students by supporting programs designed to increase student achievement.
