The Mental Health Counselor and Outreach Coordinator has the primary responsibility for direct mental health counseling services (diagnostic, assessment, crisis intervention and brief psychotherapy) to all Le Moyne College students but will maintain a specific focus on working with historically underrepresented students and first-generation students. This involves a focus on providing culturally responsive care and will collaborate with campus and community partners to engage in meaningful advocacy, psycho-educational outreach, and clinical intervention designed to promote student success and well-being interventions. This position will be responsible to provide leadership in the ongoing development and implementation of culturally inclusive and innovative mental health outreach to all students.
This is a full time 10-month position with an annual work period of 8/16-6/15.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $57,000 annually
