
The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Counselor in Training Program Lead to join our Summer 2026 team.

As a Counselor in Training Program Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and support to the Summer Day Camp Coordinator and ensuring quality supervision and program execution. This role is responsible for leading counselor in training (CIT) participants with a goal of ensuring the safety of all children at camp, while planning and leading group activities daily.

Wage: $18.72 to $20.85 per hour, ( Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range)
Hours: Full-Time, Seasonal
Location: Lakewood Family YMCA, Lakewood, WA
