Job Shift: DayThe Counseling Center Campus Coordinator will provide excellent customer service while coordinating the workflow of the Counseling Center’s Campus, handling administrative duties as well as primary residential treatment (PRT) client activities. Duties also include coordinating, as directed by licensed staff, and assigned leadership, all related behavioral health and healthcare organizational needs of the campus’ professional and support staff as it relates to the services provided to the residents.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 or more years of experience working in Substance Use/Mental Health.
General

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- Eligible to obtained Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) certificate within the first 90 days of employment.
- Must have knowledge of community resources available to clients and families.
- CPR required or obtained within first 90 days of employment.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, electronic health records (E.H.R.).
- Must be HIPPA Trained.
- Familiarity of working with grants preferred.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record- may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles.
- Familiarity of Osage language and culture including traditions, arts, crafting, preferred.
- Must have a sensitivity to the specific needs of the Native population served.
