
Lead business consulting, solution definition, proposal development, and functional architecture for Sapiens-led engagements. Serve as the primary functional SME during pursuit, pre-sales, implementation, and delivery phases.
o Lead discovery workshops with insurers and business stakeholders.
o Understand client operating models, business processes, and transformation objectives.
o Act as trusted advisor to business executives and underwriting, policy administration, claims, and operations leaders.
o Support GTM initiatives, account planning, and Sapiens partnership growth.
o Lead RFP/RFI responses.
o Define target business architecture and solution approach.
o Create effort estimations and functional work breakdown structures.
o Develop implementation roadmaps and transformation strategies.
o Contribute to commercial models and statement of work creation.
o Design end-to-end insurance business processes.
o Define product configuration strategy.
