At COTALAND, we're creating more than a theme park. We're creating memorable experiences for every Guest who walks through our gates. Every Crew Member plays an important role in making those experiences possible, from the first interaction when Guests arrive through the end of their day.
What do we look for in our CREW Members?
Committed: Invested in the work and the Guest experience it creates. Hands-on, comfortable with physical tasks, and motivated to solve problems and improve how things get done.
Reliable: Steady, dependable, and adaptable when priorities shift.
Excellence: Holds a high standard for how things get done. No shortcuts.
Wins Together: Energized by helping others learn and succeed. Team first.
As a TRAM OPERATOR, you'll help create a safe, hassle-free, and welcoming start and end to our Guests' day by transporting them between COTALAND parking areas and designated Guest arrival locations.

You'll perform required vehicle and equipment checks, maintain awareness of vehicles and pedestrians throughout the route, communicate changing conditions or safety concerns, and provide friendly and helpful service to Guests.
This is more than getting Guests from one place to another. Tram Operators are part of the Guest Arrival experience and are among the first and last Crew Members many Guests will interact with during their visit. A safe ride, friendly interaction, and helpful information can help set the tone for a great day at COTALAND and provide a positive finish as Guests head home.
