Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Team Leader to lead our Customer Service team in Győr on a fixed-term contract for 2 years. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, leading a team of Sales Coordinators, and ensuring the efficient execution of customer service, order management, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coach, and motivate the Customer Service team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
• Conduct regular performance reviews, support employee development plans, and organize monthly team meetings
• Ensure open and effective communication within the team and across departments
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, including OTIF performance and service level compliance
• Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled in the expected quantity, quality, and timeframe
• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Production, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders
• Support customer audits and actively participate in complaint investigations and corrective actions
• Manage inventory-related activities, including pallet management, warehouse stock optimization, and obsolete stock monitoring
• Oversee order management processes, monitor customer forecasts, and support capacity planning activities
• Optimize customer order portfolios, including order frequency and minimum order quantities (MOQ)
• Ensure compliance with invoicing requirements and actively support the management of customer receivables
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including forecasting and coordination of the team's activities
• Support logistics projects and supply chain improvement initiatives

Quality, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Energy Management, FSC, and Sustainability standards
• Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of management systems and operational processes
• Promote customer requirement awareness and support a customer-centric culture across the organization
• Participate in risk assessments and support corrective and preventive actions related to customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS standards, internal procedures, and ethical business practices
• Support internal and external audits and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related function
• Previous people management or team leadership experience
• Strong customer-focused mindset and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
• Process-oriented thinking with strong organizational skills
• Good understanding of supply chain, forecasting, and customer service processes
• Fluent English and native-level Hungarian (both written and spoken)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
