What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers abroad needing assistance
- Handle calls, emails, and chats in a professional and empathetic manner
- Open and manage cases within internal systems
- Provide guidance on procedures and policy coverage
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions
