About the Company:
Join a leading manufacturing company that's committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability. Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Cost Accounting Manager to become a vital part of their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost accounting activities to produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, while also conducting detailed financial analyses.
• Evaluate manufacturing costs, including those related to raw materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure effective cost management.
• Manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate inventory tracking and valuation. Implement and oversee procedures for inventory control and reconciliation.
• Develop annual budgets and contribute to the preparation of rolling forecast plans.
• Determine competitive cost estimates for the pricing of new products.
• Assess the feasibility of new investment projects.
• Compile monthly management reports, noting any substantial variances for senior leadership.
• Work closely with both internal and external auditors and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
• Manage the organization of annual physical stock counts and ensure audit requirements are met.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Must be a Thai national.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Possess at least 8 years of experience in accounting, costing, and inventory management within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, and reading skills.
• Proficient with computer applications, including MS Office and Excel. Experience with ERP systems is required; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a meticulous and attentive approach to tasks.
