Could you be the full-time Costing & Change Management Engineer in Bursa we’re looking for?

We’ll look to you for:

  • To prepare, lead and manage site-level costing activities, with the support of Finance Manager on financial consolidation aspects
  • To support Site Management on target cost, cost consolidation and cost challenge per component and sub-system
  • To support the Project Teams on costing activities during project life
  • Site-level cost reduction and competitiveness activities, with the support of the related function
  • To support Make or Buy governance by providing cost analyses and ensuring consistency of assumptions used in Make or Buy assessments
  • Full accountability of the end to end Configuration & Change Management process and deliverables at site / project level
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services
  • Keep the Project configuration under control and manage changes during the whole lifecycle of the Project.

All About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Industry in similar roles
  • Proficiency in Turkish and English
  • Ability to analyze, consolidate and challenge cost data and assumptions provided by contributors
  • Ability to assess cost impact of technical, industrial or configuration changes
  • Awareness of financial rules and principles relevant to internal costing and cost monitoring
  • Experience in cost breakdown structures, value analysis and cost models
  • Knowledge of Configuration and Change Management principles, including traceability and baseline control
  • Ability to work in a cross‑functional network
