Job Description

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a costing role within a manufacturing or textile Industry.
• Proven expertise in SAP, with a strong understanding of costing modules.
• Must be a MBA, CMA, ACCA, or CA Finalist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Drive team performance by owning responsibilities, demonstrating leadership, and cultivating a culture of empowerment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product costing activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of cost data.
• Conduct comprehensive variance analysis on material costs, labor, and overheads to identify key drivers affecting Gross Profit.
• Perform regular inventory reviews, conduct meetings with inventory owners for consumption plan to optimize stock valuation and control.
• Conduct process orders variances reviews and conduct sessions with production teams over variance
• Responsible for Costing report deliverables including Sales order level costing, Contribution Margin profitability and cost center level cost analysis
• Lead the material cost forecasting process to assist in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Utilize SAP to extract, analyze, and report financial data, ensuring seamless integration with costing models.
• Support the annual budgeting process and assist in long-range financial planning.
