Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major multi‑phase data center construction program in the Houstin, TX area. The development includes a large multi‑building campus currently under construction, with phased delivery extending over several years. This role will support cost planning, reporting, change control, and commercial coordination across a complex, fast‑moving site.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, contractors, and the internal project team to ensure strong cost governance and accurate financial controls throughout the project lifecycle.
