Turner & Townsend is seeking a talented Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Seattle team and support the delivery of construction cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role will support multiple client accounts and provide cost consultancy expertise on commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, public sector facilities, infrastructure improvements, and other large-scale capital programs throughout the Pacific Northwest.
As part of Turner & Townsend's integrated project delivery approach, the Cost Manager will work closely with clients, project managers, design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to successfully manage project budgets, commercial risks, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be driven, client-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes while promoting Turner & Townsend's purpose, values, and collaborative culture.
The ideal candidate will bring strong cost management and quantity surveying experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile development and infrastructure initiatives while supporting Turner & Townsend's continued growth across the Seattle market.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000 USD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
