If you've spent the first few years of your career building your Cost Management experience, this is an opportunity to take that foundation into one of the fastest-growing and most technically complex sectors in construction.

Working on major Data Centre developments will give you experience across complex, high-value projects while building a specialist skillset that's increasingly sought after across the market.

Joining a leading international project and cost management consultancy in Melbourne, you'll work alongside experienced Cost Managers delivering major Data Centre projects. You'll gain exposure across both pre and post contract services, from early cost planning and procurement through to construction and final account, while taking on greater responsibility as your experience develops.

It's an opportunity to get into the Data Centre sector early, build strong technical and commercial experience and continue progressing within a global consultancy with a strong pipeline of major projects.

What you'll need

• 1+ years' Cost Management experience within a consultancy environment
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Experience or exposure to cost planning, estimating and pre-contract services
• Exposure to post-contract services, including variations, progress claims and cost reporting, will be highly regarded
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
• An interest in developing specialist experience within the Data Centre sector
• A collaborative approach and willingness to continue learning from experienced members of the team
