The Role:

As a Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and managing accurate cost estimates for luxury high-rise developments, working closely with project teams to ensure the projects are completed within budget. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the construction process, materials, and costs, specifically for high-rise residential buildings, and the ability to forecast and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for all phases of luxury high-rise construction projects.
• Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to develop comprehensive budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates and ensure cost efficiency.
• Analyze and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive bids.
• Identify risks, potential overruns, and cost-saving opportunities, reporting to management regularly.
• Assist in bid preparation, tendering, and contract development.
• Track project costs during construction to ensure alignment with initial estimates and budgets.
• Maintain updated cost databases and industry contacts for luxury residential projects.
