Ontime Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator with experience in the Fitout Industry and strong knowledge of the UAE market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating project costs and ensuring that estimates align with budgetary constraints and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout projects based on project plans and specifications.
• Conduct thorough analysis of materials, labor, and subcontractor costs within the UAE market.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Monitor market trends and update cost databases accordingly.
• Support tendering and bidding processes by providing cost estimates and documentation.
• Track and report on cost variances throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Cost Estimator in the fitout industry within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local construction materials, labor costs, and regulations.
• Proficient in estimating software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
