Our award-winning client is seeking a Cost Estimator to join their team.As a Cost Estimator with a leading global consultancy focusing on Life Sciences and Manufacturing, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial success of iconic capital projects. You'll advise clients on costs, manage procurement processes, and deliver cost-effective solutions across all project stages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client interactions, providing strategic, tactical, and technical cost advice.
• Collaborate with clients, external consultants, and internal teams throughout projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and generate procurement reports.
• Develop Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs) for project budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day cost management for medium-large scale projects, including procurement, cost reporting, and change management.
• Implement value management techniques at project inception.
• Manage all aspects of the procurement process, ensuring efficient prequalification, selection, and contract preparation.
• Conduct post-contract cost variance analysis and oversee change control, cost checking, and valuation processes.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports to clients.
• Perform value engineering and life cycle costing.
• Update benchmarking data with new projects to provide accurate cost information to clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant Degree (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading cost management for capital programs.
• Experience with large, complex, and multi-phase projects in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Technology.
• Knowledge of various project delivery methods, including alternative approaches like Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
