RTX is seeking anexperiencedcandidate to join the Mobility Payroll&Tax Team as aCost EstimateSeniorAnalystThe Global Mobility teamis responsible forthe management of the globally mobile workforce including international assignments&transfers,andwill coordinatewith other RTX functions liketheMobility Center of Excellence(COE), HR, tax, legal,payrolland financeThe successful candidate willalsobe responsible forensuringtheaccurate&timelypreparation anddeliveryoftax costestimates,andwillbe responsible fortheimplementation&execution of global strategic initiatives.The Mobility team is a fast paced, high volume,metricsdriven, highly collaborative cross functionalenvironment,which is focused on individual and team performance, as well as continuous improvementand technological advances
What You Will Do
Receivenew costestimate requests,review fordata quality, gatheradditionalinformation and askgeneral questions, update data as needed, and enter/track data using Equus and SNOW.
Preparecostestimate deliverablesfor Bid/Proposals, tax accruals, ongoing estimates for active assignments, and one-off requests.
Prepare cost estimateswithin Equus platform.
Ensure standard work is updatedtimely, aswell asproviding ongoingprocess improvements.
Monitormetrics andSLA’son cost estimate delivery to internal stakeholders.
Provide education andexplanation of facts, policies, and practicesonRTX mobility package design,philosophy,and tax equalization,with cost estimate team and internal stakeholders, as needed.
Ensure exception process is followedand documentedwith key stakeholders during the cost estimate process, asrequired.
Provideinformationto supportrequests from internal and external auditors.
Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the business unit program leadershipand financeteams.
CollaboratewithMobility COE, Operations, andothercross functional teams.
Engage with cross functional stakeholders for assignment structureeducationsupport.
Document requirements and cost estimate activities in system to ensure automated flow throughout entire assignment lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have
ABachelor’s Degreeorequivalent experience and minimum2yearsglobal mobilityexperience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to manage, coach, develop, and train team
Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills
At least 1-2 years of experience preparing Cost Projections within Equus or related platform
Strong communicator with proven relationship skills and the ability to work with employees within and outside of team
Excellent organization and execution skills are essential, as well as the ability to balance the needs of the business and deliverables while meeting the requirements of the laws and regulations
Excellent excel and data analysis skills
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision on large, moderately complex projects and assignment
Must setobjectivesfor areas of responsibilities to meet theobjectivesand goals of projects
Must be able todemonstratetheoretical to advanced knowledge in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution as it relates to Global Mobility, policy packages, tax equalizations, and cost projections.
Minimal travel requirementsTravel likely to be to Connecticut.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
