Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
Experience in the construction industry, particularly in dams and hydro projects, is highly desirable.
Prepare and manage material procurement schedules.
Preparation of Cost Reports and reviewing of project cost reports.
Tracking and controlling project costs against budget, identifying and mitigating potential overruns.
Managing all contractual aspects of the project, including preparing tender documents, reviewing contracts, and handling variations.
Identifying and managing potential commercial risks and opportunities, including value engineering exercises.
Preparing and managing material procurement schedules.
Reviewing and approving subcontractor quotations and payments.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and contract law.
Proficient in cost management software and tools
Familiarity with project management frameworks and techniques.
