Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the value capture process and cost controlling for the Shared Service Centre
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the center in terms of cost, productivity, service level agreements (SLA), key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure accuracy in forecasting and reporting SSC costs to HQ.
• Timely closing of SSC cost, profit and loss (P&L), and cash flow, and identifying actions to close any gaps.
• Providing clear analysis and insights on rolling forecasts and associated risks and opportunities to HQ during financial review meetings.
• Maintaining and improving allocation rules for cost cross-charging.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and internal control rules.
• Supporting continuous improvement/ automation projects as and when required.
• Consolidating and analyzing KPIs and driving improvement plans.
• Coordinating and supporting the review and update of SSC documents, including policies, standard operating procedures, work instructions etc.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience under FP&A function.
• Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong proficiency in financial forecasting and reporting.
• Prior experience in cost controlling, performance analysis, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks and compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
• Working experience with SAP system will be an added advantage.
