【お仕事内容】
ホテル内のレストラン、バー、キッチン、宴会場、倉庫などにおける食品・飲料の在庫管理、原価分析、棚卸確認、メニュー原価管理を担当していただきます。
現場部門が実施する棚卸や在庫管理を客観的に確認し、差異や課題を分析するとともに、利益率やコスト効率の改善に向けた提案を行っていただきます。

・原価管理、在庫管理、購買、監査など、いずれかの実務経験をお持ちの方
・Excelを使った集計・分析・レポートを作成できる方
・数字を正確に扱い、細かな確認を丁寧に行える方
・関係部署と円滑にコミュニケーションをとれる方
・課題を発見し、改善に向けて主体的に行動できる方
【経験】
・ホテル、レストラン、外食、小売業など、いずれかで実務経験をお持ちの方
・食品・料飲の棚卸や在庫管理経験
・料飲部門の売上・原価計算分析経験
・管理会計や収益分析に関する知識
・英語の資料に抵抗のない方
【語学】
日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for food and beverage inventory control, cost analysis, stocktake verification, and menu costing across the hotel's restaurants, bars, kitchens, banquet operations, and storerooms.
You will independently verify inventory counts and stock management processes conducted by operational teams, analyze variances and control issues, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
